CENTER FOR LIFELONG LEARNING AND CULTURE BJELOVAR (CLLC) PRESENTS THE INAUGURAL CONFERENCE OF THE PROJECT “THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT CENTRE” (CIDC)
Today, the inaugural conference of the project “The Creative Industries Development Centre” (CIDC), an ambitious initiative of the Center for Lifelong Learning and Culture Bjelovar (CLLC) with partners from the Development Center Murska Sobota from Slovenia and Environmental Engineers Novi Sad from Serbia, was held. This conference marks an important step towards supporting creative individuals and strengthening creative industries in the region. The project “The Creative Industries Development Centre” (CIDC) is funded by Creative Europe – Culture and will last for 24 months, from November 1, 2023, to October 31, 2025.
The total project value is 245,573.36 euros, with significant co-financing from the EU amounting to 196,458.00 euros and the Ministry of Culture and New Media of the Republic of Croatia contributing 2,000.00 euros. The CIDC project aims to support creatives and entrepreneurs in developing their creative ideas and abilities and prepare them for a successful entry into entrepreneurial waters. The project will focus on three key sectors: sustainable cultural tourism, fashion and design, and artistic crafts.
