KUL Creative Fair: Celebrating Creativity, Innovation and Collaboration 🌍✨

On 29th and 30th August 2025, Bjelovar became the heart of creativity and innovation, hosting the KUL Creative Fair – a unique international event that brought together participants from Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia.

The fair showcased entrepreneurial ideas, products, and visions developed during the Creative Industries Development Centre (KUL) project. It was not just an exhibition, but a true celebration of creativity, entrepreneurship, and collaboration across borders.

The Project Behind the Fair

The KUL Creative Fair is part of the Creative Industries Development Centre (KUL), a two-year international project designed to support individuals in developing their creativity and entrepreneurial skills through professional training and mentorship.

Why It Matters

At its core, the KUL project empowers individuals to turn creative visions into real entrepreneurial opportunities. From sustainable fashion and traditional crafts to eco-tourism and digital innovation, participants are encouraged to think outside the box and create solutions that bring value to their communities and beyond.

Through creativity, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, the KUL project aims to:

  • Support the development of entrepreneurial ideas

  • Encourage eco-friendly and responsible innovation

  • Strengthen cross-border cultural cooperation

  • Promote lifelong learning and cultural exchange


The Fair Experience in Bjelovar

During the two days of the fair, visitors had the opportunity to explore innovative products and services created by project participants.

The exhibition featured:
🎨 Handcrafted jewelry and design pieces
👗 Sustainable fashion and traditional crafts
🌿 Eco-tourism and green innovations
🖥️ Creative digital solutions

Beyond the exhibition, the fair served as a meeting point for exchanging ideas, experiences, and opportunities. It demonstrated that creativity knows no borders and that cooperation across cultures can open doors to new possibilities.


Looking Ahead

Although the KUL Creative Fair in Bjelovar has ended, the project continues until October 2025. More opportunities, collaborations, and inspiring stories are yet to come.

The fair was just the first step towards building a future where creativity and entrepreneurship are central to sustainable, innovative, and culturally connected societies across Europe.
