Sustainability and Innovation:
The project promotes organic farming, sustainable nutrition, and the use of local and natural resources, while educating and empowering the community to adopt healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. Innovation is reflected in the Good Old Things brand of organic flour, free from insect proteins, which is introduced to the European market, combining traditional practices with modern quality standards.
