Sustainability and Innovation:
The program fosters empowerment through collective support, education, and personal development. Its multidisciplinary approach—combining psychotherapy, art, and medical practices—offers comprehensive support for women at various life stages. Innovation lies in addressing sensitive topics and breaking societal taboos about the female body while promoting long-term physical and mental health. Sustainability is achieved by creating lasting social networks and educational frameworks that continue to benefit women beyond the program itself.
